5/11/08 I have been very busy lately, sorry for the lack of updates, first off I would like to thank everyone who has been supporting my surfing, No Fear www.nofearsurf.com , Dakine www.dakine.com , K-five www.k5.com and walker surfboards www.thewalkerproject.com .   This summer I will hopefully be competing in a few Pro Junior Contests, NSSA Westerns and NSSA Nationals.  Also I will be working at a surf camp in Oceanside, Surf Camps USA. I am finishing up my sophomore year in high school and experimenting with new types of surfboards and what not...  Also there are some new pics updated and more to come. 

10/3/07 The first Koastal Kaos contest went off this weekend at D Street Encinitas and I had an alright showing. 4th overall for the Juniors, I will need to step it up next contest.

9/17/07 Last weekend at the NSSA Explorer I placed 5th overall for the whole contest.  This could set me up for my best NSSA finish ever!!

7/30/07 On July 16th I competed in the California State Games at Del Mar Jetties in Camp Pendelton... I placed 1st overall in both the Boys and Juniors divisions!! That makes 1st's 3 years in a row!!! Also, in November I will be going to Costa Rica with my family and friends!!

5/30/07 Last weekend I placed 7th overall in the NSSA Westerns for Explorer Boys, my best placing at Westerns yet!!! Stoked!

5/9/07 Last Weekend at the Koastal Kaos Invitaional I had great results!! 1st overall in the Boys division for both overall and the contest!! No Fear set up a cool WCT style format and in the final it was 30 min. man on man heats... I managed to score a 9 and an 8 to walk away with the victory over my good friend Dale Timm. Also I have just joined with the WNC EPS foam team.  Check them out at www.wncsurf.com Stoked!!

4/30/07 I placed 1st overall at the Encinitas Surf Festival last weekend in both boys and juniors 2 Moonlight Beach!! 

2/15/07 Last weekend at the Koastal Kaos Event at La Jolla Shores I placed 2nd overall in the Boys division, and 4th overall in the Juniors division... My next contest is the NSSA Explorer at Ponto next weekend.

2/7/07 I just got back from Fiji last week, it was really FUN!!!  We got some great waves all over Namotu.  To top it all off, I placed 1st in the WSA contest last weekend at Ponto. Stoked!

1/24/07 Last weekend at the Koastal Kaos Event #4 at OB Pier I placed 4th overall in the Boys Division and 6th overall in the Juniors Division.

1/3/07 Last weekend at the Koastal Kaos Event #3 at Oceanside Harbor I placed 1st overall for the Boys Division!

12/26/06 I just got back from Hawaii and it was a blast!! I had a great time, check out some pics in my photo gallery.

11/14/06 Last weekend at the Koastal Kaos Event #2 I placed 2nd in the Boys Division and 4th in the Juniors Division.  The waves at Crystal Pier were super fun, a solid 3-4 foot.  I now sit 1st overall for the Boys and 3rd overall for the Juniors. 

11/8/06  My next contest will be the ISF High School contest @ Ocean Beach on Sat., also I will be doing double duty and competing in the Koastal Kaos at Crystal Pier the same day.  Looks like there is a swell coming in and it should be fun!!

11/1/06 Last weekend in the Koastal Kaos Surf Series at Ocean Beach I placed 1st in the boys division and 4th in the juniors division!!  I was a great contest and was super fun!  Also, see www.koastalkaos.com for updates, and this month I am the featured surfer!  Thanks No Fear!!

10/2/06 Check out some new pictures in my photo gallery!!  Also, this winter I will be heading over to the North Shore of Hawaii and I am very excided.  My next contest will be the No Fear Koastal Kaos Contest at Avalanche Jetty in Ocean Beach.  Should be fun!

9/14/06 After being with my clothing sponsor, Jedidiah for 3 years I thought that it was time for a change. I have decided to switch over to No Fear.  I look forward to being a part of the No Fear team and competing in the new Kostal Kaos Surf Series.  I think that this will be the best move to take my surfing further.  I would like to thank Jedidiah for all of the support that they have given me. 9/14/06 Yesterday (9/13/06) I went up to the Boost Mobile Pro at Trestles.  After the heats were over I went for a freesurf session with none other than Joel Parkinson, Mick Fanning, and Cory Lopez. I was super fun, I had a great time.

8/15/06 My next contest will be the NSSA Explorer Event # 1 @ 9th Street Huntington Beach.  

8/15/06 On the 29th of August I start school at Carlsbad High School, and will be joining the Carlsbad High Surf Team.  It should be fun!  

7/31/06 On Monday I took a trip to Malibu and surfed the point. The waves were fun, about 3-4 feet. Check out new pics in my pictures gallery.

7/24/06 Last weekend I placed 9th overall at the Volcom Blowfish Contest at D Street. The waves were very small and inconsistant but it was still fun.  After losing out in the repecharge, I wasn't too happy, but my friend Dale Timm made the final and placed fifth which cheered me up. Winning the event was J.D. Lewis, and Riley Metcalf took second place. Check out pics of the event in my pictures gallery.

7/21/06 My next contest will be at D Street, Encinitas, July 22nd for the Volcom Blowfish series. Hope there are waves!

6/28/06 The Contest Seasons are over and Summer has begun. The water is warm and the waves are small. Looking back, last year was one of the best years of my life. I came away with 4 first place finishes and numerous 2nd's and 3rd's.  I am now going into high school and will be joining the Carlsbad High Surf Team. I am looking foreword to move on to bigger and better things. My next contest is the Billabong Surfrat Final and Cardiff Reef on July 2nd. After that I will be competing in the California State Games on July 16th.  I plan to surf as much as I can this summer, hopfully taking some trips to Mexico and Hawaii.  I will come out to the 2006-2007 season on a mission.
